Flower Girl25 viewsMy youngest brother got married back in 2001. His bride had asked my daughter to be her flower girl. Amber LOVED it…she made herself a part of every activity practically. She felt like she gained a big Sister…and this new Aunt spoiled her. To this day they have a special bond…because this Aunt even on her own special day took time to make Amber feel “Special”. We have such wonderful designers here at Digital Design Den and Nancy is another one of my favorites! I’ve admired her work for a great long time. 1 commentsSonya03/02/09 at 20:56Sonya: The rest of the info for this LO: Here she has cr...
A Golden Summer Wedding23 viewsThis couple asked me to do their engagement, wedding & reception pictures. The young lady & her family are friends of the family. I’ve featured them in another LO on another site.

Some of you may know by the name “cowboy couple”. This time he is missing his hat.

Anyhow when I saw Robyn’s kit called “Golden Wedding” I knew exactly what picture to use! This is such a beautiful kit!

I loved working with it for this LO. It has such beautiful rich golden colors…..Thanks Robyn for being so creative.

Fireworks, Freedom, & Family21 viewsThe 4th of July is a day that has always been set aside for a reunion with my Dads family. Over the years the family has grown quite large. I have cousins with their families, my siblings with their families come from all over to just meet and have fun on the 4th. Some years it can be really huge (160) and others kinda small (45). It is all centered around a family picnic which is a must on the 4th. The other activities can be spread out over a couple of days and can vary from year to year. 1 commentsSonya03/02/09 at 20:47Sonya: Info didn't all fit: It is one of my most fav...

Francs Peak Hike Pg 1-left side25 viewsSaturday July 7, 2007 a group of family members climbed one of the highest peaks in WY. Francs Peak which is 13,153 feet. We had 6 adults & 8 kids (9 yrs and up). We started the day at 4:00AM. We drove to where we parked 2 of the 3 vehicles. Then traveled in a 4-wheel pickup (kids in back) for an hour up a very steep rocky incline to 11,000 feet where we parked. We started hiking at 8:00AM. It is in prime Grizzly Bear country. 1 commentsSonya03/02/09 at 20:29Sonya: There wasn't enough room to mention this: The...
The Climb to the Top22 viewsSaturday a big group of us climbed to the top of a local mountain called "Heart Mountain". It is a landmark for our area. This makes it about my 6th time up on top. But we had quite a few in the group that this was their first time. The picture only shows part of the group. We walked a total of 8 to 10 miles. The picture on the right was taken about 1/2 way up on our hike. I’m in the group picture.
This is using Laura's Sketch #15 Challenge. Most of the papers are from my &"Autumn Afternoon".

Having a FIt41 viewsThis is classic Nicoli when things don't go his way. He walks off, lays face down or up agaisnt a wall, and pouts. This time it was something he wanted to pick up and move elsewhere and someone else did it. So he got mad. After his "fit", he picked the item up placed it back where it was, then picked it up again and moved it to where it belonged. Okay so he's a little OCD, but he's so cute too!

Using my own kit Desert Storm. The sketch is from My Scrap Shop
