 Shoppe Problems
I was trying to download Sketch 3. The link takes me to the Shoppe for some reason and then, after I log in, it takes me through the payment process but I get an error message "sorry we are not accepting payment from your region at this time, please contact us for alternate payment arrangements".
What the heck does that mean???

 Re: Shoppe Problems
Vicki, I've had that happen when I download a freebie. Just click continue and it works--or at least it does for me. Hey, I just realized I've done something that the Techie is having problems with!

 Re: Shoppe Problems
Vickie....thanks for letting me know that. I will look into it. Sorry for the hassle. Did you try what our "new Techie" suggested?
Also was it on one item or a bunch of them? You can pm me with the info if you'd like and it would help me figure out the problem. Thanks.

 Re: Shoppe Problems
I can answer this one for you Sonya. When the item is free and that is all that is in your cart, you will get that message. Zencart just does it that way to skip paypal. click continue and you will get your product.

 Re: Shoppe Problems
I had the same thing when I was downloading the templates. It seems that when you try and only get a freebie you will get that message but you are still able to proceed. I just ignored the message and proceeded on with checkout and was able to finalize everything without any problems. So far I have only gotten that message when I have been getting free things but when purchasing it doesn't say anything. I thought it was just me because I really do live in a region outside of the US.
