 Re: Chit Chat Thread...
You do have a point there Diane but I'm not sure if I'd like any of them.

 Re: Chit Chat Thread...
I'm with you too Diane. Our homes are mostly double brick so the woodpeckers would have a terrible time! I'd be happy to do without the dugite - they can get to about 2 metres Sonya, a bit longer than two yards. I'll have to do up a page with my nasturtiums as the topic. They are so bright and colourful, yellows and oranges. And best of all, they grow like weeds. Perfect for someone like me who has brown thumbs. They can be put in salads apparently and taste mustardy. I have this on word of mouth only as I have no intention of trying them out myself.

 Re: Chit Chat Thread...
good news!
I completed all the "have to" sewing from last week (including Halloween fabric scrubs for Megan). Finished a bridal dress yesterday!!! She is picking it up today. Maybe I can scrap more this week. m

 Re: Chit Chat Thread...
Well done M, I'm envious. I've been so taken up with family and work that scrapping has had to take a seat at the very back of the bus. I thought I'd get to some this Thursday as it is my one day a fortnight that is usually just for me but... my son needs me to babysit first thing in the morning as his wife, who doesn't work on Thursdays, has to attend a workplace breakfast seminar so I'll be up even earlier to do the 45-60 min drive down the freeway (crawl-way at that time of the day) to get there in time. The things we do for our families!!

M that is great! Jan...I had to smile on your "family" thing. I had company (son and future DIL) this weekend that I didn't plan on. It was great but other things took a backseat.
